CQQCHIFRUIT & LA SPACER PRESENT

TRQPITECA

The oasis at the crossroads between paradise and the underground.

TRQPiTECA is a unique cultural platform that creates space for local and international artists working with queer and tropical aesthetics to experiment, thrive, and celebrate life. Since 2015, resident DJs and co-founders CQQCHIFRUIT and La Spacer curate this environment through the incorporation of installation art, video art, soundscaping, and performances, with the intention of fostering creative engagement with the diverse communities of which we are a part.

PLZ COME PREPARED TO RESPECT THA SPACE, RESPECT EACH OTHER, AND MOVE YOUR BODY-SOUL!!!

RESIDENT DJS AND CO-FOUNDERS

Natalie Murillo
aka
La Spacer

Raised in the birthplace of HOUSE music, during the 90s in CHICAGO. Growing up in the Little Village neighborhood, where Italo Disco a.k.a. “Da CLASSICS”, Industrial, House, Hard House, Acid House, & Techno music was heard. Sourced from old school Dj PROMO Cds and Tapes; Or the radio. Blasting out the neighbors windows, a car cruising by with a BASS bumping system. It is not a coincidence that La Spacer was raised in the right place to influence and pursue their passionate feelings for Music that gives your body & mind the dancing spirit.
